These Terms of Service govern your use of the SkyNiqo website and the services we provide. By using this site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.
Our services
SkyNiqo provides brand identity, UI/UX design, website and eCommerce development, CRM and funnel setup, AI automation, digital marketing and SEO services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these general terms.
Quotes and payments
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Projects usually begin after a deposit is received; remaining payments follow the schedule in your proposal.
- Late payments may pause work until the account is up to date.
- Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, plugins, ad spend and software subscriptions are billed separately or paid directly by you.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and account access in good time, and confirm that any material you send us (text, images, logos and data) is yours to use or properly licensed. Delays in feedback may move delivery dates.
Revisions and changes
Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope are welcome and will be quoted separately before we start them.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. Third-party components such as fonts, plugins, themes and stock assets remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Results and liability
We work hard to deliver great results, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales, which depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Website use
Content on this website is provided for general information. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse it without our permission, or use the site in any way that is unlawful or harmful.
Cancellation
Either party may end a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point, and any non-refundable third-party costs, will be invoiced.
